Refunds are available for laboratory research products only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. All products are supplied for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for therapeutic use.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@pepqueenlabs.com.au. We will review your request within 48 hours. Once approved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
